Project Definition:
A set of activities with a defined start point and a defined end state which pursue a defined goal using a defined set of resources.

Project Notes:
Contemporary business and science treat as a venture (or program) any endeavor, did exclusively or cooperatively and perhaps including exploration or structure, that is painstakingly arranged (typically by a task group) to accomplish a specific point.
