Groupthink Notes:

Group thinking is the working of different people wherein the longing for agreement or congruity in the gathering brings about a silly or broken basic leadership result. Gathering individuals attempt to limit strife and arrive at an accord choice without basic assessment of elective perspectives by effectively stifling contradicting perspectives, and by disconnecting themselves from outside impacts. Oblivious compliance expects people to abstain from raising questionable issues or elective arrangements, and there is loss of individual imagination, uniqueness and free reasoning. The useless gathering elements of the "ingroup" delivers a "figment of immunity" (a swelled assurance that the correct choice has been made). Accordingly the "ingroup" fundamentally exaggerates its own capacities in basic leadership and essentially underestimates the capacities of its rivals (the "outgroup"). Moreover, oblivious compliance can deliver dehumanizing activities against the "outgroup".
