Undue Hardship Notes:
An undue hardship is exceptional or determined conditions that halfway or completely absolved an individual or association from execution of a legitimate commitment in order to stay away from an irrational or unbalanced weight or hindrance. For instance, managers are required to give a sensible convenience to qualified people with handicaps, yet when a settlement turns out to be excessively saddling on the association it is delegated an undue hardship and is never again required. These hardships incorporate the nature and cost of the convenience in connection to the size, assets, nature, and structure of the business' activity.
