Skill Variety Definition:
Degree to which a job requires a variety of activities so that an employee can use a number of different skills and talents.

Skill Variety Notes:
The scope of capacities that are required so as to play out a particular errand. Employments requiring various abilities are said to require a high range of abilities. Shift the abilities required to enable the representative to structure the assignments as per his very own ideal work designs.
