Intimidation Notes:
Intimidation (additionally called cowing) is purposeful conduct that "would prompt an individual of conventional sensibilities" to fear damage or mischief. It isn't important to demonstrate that the conduct was so brutal as to cause mean fear or that the unfortunate casualty was really alarmed.
