Departmentalization Notes:
Departmentalization means gathering exercises and individuals into offices, making it conceivable to grow associations, from a certain point of view, to an inconclusive degree. Departmentalization alludes to the formal structure of the association, made out of different offices and administrative positions and their associations with one another. As an association develops, its specialties develop and more sub-units are made, which thus include more degrees of the executives.
