Communication Adaptation Notes:
Communication adaptation describes change in the product strategy due to the change in communication strategy. For example, a skin color enhancing cream may communicate that product provides the maximum whitening to their consumers. Conversely, other competitive companies start selling the same characteristics of the cream, and then the brand may decide to change their communication strategy, they will communicate that skin color enhancing cream will not only maximize skin tone but it also soften the skin.
