Process by which a third party assists union and management negotiators to reach a voluntary settlement.

Conciliation Notes:
Conciliation is an option out-of-court debate goals instrument. The fundamental distinction among mollification and intercession procedures is that, sooner or later during the assuagement, the conciliator will be asked by the gatherings to give them a non-restricting settlement proposition. A go between, on the other hand, will as a rule and as an issue of guideline, forgo making such a proposition.
