Norming Stage Notes:

When a gathering gets the clearness that it so frantically needs, it can proceed onward to the third phase of gathering advancement, known as the norming stage. The norming stage is where the gathering turns into a strong unit. Spirit is high as gathering individuals effectively recognize the gifts, abilities and experience that every part brings to the gathering. A feeling of network is built up and the gathering stays concentrated on the gathering's motivation and objective. Individuals are adaptable, related and trust one another. Initiative is shared, and individuals are eager to adjust to the requirements of the gathering. During this stage, clashes and issues from the raging stage are settled and a feeling of amicability creates inside the gathering. The individuals currently share a typical enthusiasm for cooperating as a group as opposed to as people.
