Leader Member Exchange Theory (LMX) Notes:
Leader member exchange hypothesis centers around the connection among supervisors and laborers on how they ought to collaborate with one another to arrive at an effective working environment condition. The hypothesis principally centers around how the two rival sides of the relationship manage one another and how each other can help or rouse individuals from the group. The pioneer part trade hypothesis clarifies how this relationship can either contribute or disturb the individuals from the group in their working environment. The hypothesis clarifies that the relationship must experience three significant stages that each pioneer and part will understanding. The three phases included are Role-Taking, Role-Making, and Routinization.
