Non Compete Agreements Definition:
Agreements that prohibit individuals who leave an organization from competing with an employer in the same line of business for a specified period of time.

Non Compete Agreements Notes:
A non-compete agreement is an agreement wherein a representative vows not to go into rivalry of any sort with a business after the work time frame is finished.
